The food is obviously not fresh and sits a long time. They don't pick up your plates and give you a napkin, and eating utensils on the way in and that's the only staff interaction you'll get.
There were a few nice/ pleasant staff, but they were few and far between. The staff here pay no attention to detail and overall poor customer service. The slots do seem to pay out more than most casinos.įOOD/ SERVICE: Terrible. They quit service alcohol shortly after midnight, and the only time I seen staff passionate about anything was when they needed to get all alcohol off the casino floor by 1 AM. The front desk said each time it would open in 15-20 minutes and they only had one staff to run the front desk and the store.
I had tried to go there 3x to get pain reliever for a headache. They have a small store attached to the hotel with snacks, drinks. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was very nice. The rooms are nice - roomy showers with good pressure! The TV has a good variety of channels and has HD. HOTEL: I stayed with a friend for 2 nights at the Casino/ Hotel.
